"EMERGENCY...EMERGENCY...EMERGENCY

ROCKLEIGH COMMAND TO ALL UNITS ...

STAND-BY TO SOUND EVACUATION SIGNAL WITH AIR HORNS ON MY COMMAND...

I SAY AGAIN, STAND-BY TO SOUND AIR-HORN EVACUATION SIGNAL ON MY COMMAND ...[ give pump operators time to enter cab ]

ROCKLEIGH COMMAND TO ALL UNITS ...

SOUND ONE 20 SECOND BLAST ... NOW...NOW...NOW "

3. Radio orders to evacuate from the interior of a structure of from an area will be given second by radio. The transmission will be as follows:

"EMERGENCY ... EMERGENCY ... EMERGENCY ...

ROCKLEIGH COMMAND TO ALL UNITS AND TEAMS...

WITHDRAW FROM BUILDING AT ONCE...

I SAY AGAIN, WITHDRAW FROM BUILDING AT ONCE...

3. Following evacuation, all units shall account for their compliment personnel and report to ICO. The ICO shall order the accounting as follows:
